User-Friendly Documents

Our friends at Cooley have put together an entire site dedicated to helping entrepreneurs work with lawyers more efficiently. Inclusive of a document “generator” as well as investment trends and a glossary, Cooley Go is a user-friendly go-to for industry best practices.

Legalese with Context

For a more color on the legal terms and trends you might hear at pitch events, check out this column in Forbes, written by Lowenstein Sandler’s Ed Zimmerman. An adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, Zimmerman provides an educational and helpful voice to a topic that can sometimes be a bit cumbersome. Bonus points: You’ll also find some great pieces on on wine and viniculture!
