
Sam Sezak '98 is Co-Chairman and co-founder of Red Bear Angels, which he founded in 2012 after recognizing the need for a Cornell-focused angel investment group. Under his leadership, RBA has grown into a community of more than 500 accredited investors and 1,000+ Cornell entrepreneurs, deploying over $25 million across 40+ companies. The portfolio includes notable unicorns and exits including Lyft, Trumid, GrokStyle (acquired by Facebook), and Datalogue (acquired by Nike). Sam brings decades of experience in venture investing, business development, and entrepreneurship to the RBA community, and is a passionate advocate for the Cornell entrepreneurial ecosystem.
